Hi, I’m Troy, the person behind Phase 2 Event Strategy. I specialize in making sure events run the way they’re supposed to.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the events industry, I’ve been behind the scenes of everything from small private gatherings to large-scale corporate and community events. My focus has always been the same: managing the moving parts, coordinating vendors, and maintaining the day-of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Phase 2 was built from a simple belief that anyone can plan an event but maintaining all the moving parts smoothly is what can make or break the experience. After years of seeing hosts, homeowners, and businesses stretched thin trying to manage it all, I created a service dedicated to stepping in and taking that pressure off.
Today, I work with homeowners, businesses, and communities to maintain the behind-the-scenes details, so they don’t become issues. I bring a calm, organized presence so you can be fully present and enjoy your event.
I’m not here to run your event, I’m here to make sure all the details are taken care of, so you can be the host.

When she’s not snoozing under the desk or photobombing Zoom calls, Blue keeps the team grounded with her laid-back energy and impeccable taste in chew toys.
